| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | It reached MME; a specialist takes it. |
| Under review | We are looking into it. |
| Waiting for you | We asked you something: answer on the request, with results if we asked for them. |
| Action underway | A visit, a replacement or a check with the maker is in progress. |
| Your confirmation | We have finished and tell you the outcome and the cause: say Solved or Still happening. |
| Closed | You confirmed it is solved. |
For a service visit you also see the engineer's first name and the day, then on the way, on site and done. The service report goes on the analyzer's history under My analyzers.
